I ask for a minimum of 10 people to be able to book a private party. If you live 15+ miles outside of Stephenville, Texas, the minimum # of people may be increased or a travel fee may be added.

It is up to the host to find the location of the party. It can be your home, garage, church or a local business. Whatever suits your needs. If you are wanting to use a business it is up to you to make that contact and secure that location. I do have recommendations for local businesses that I would be more than happy to share with you for options.

The location and any tables and chairs that you may need are your responsibility. I will bring all paint party supplies needed.  Each person will need at least a 2' by 2' space to work in. On a 6' table I can seat 3 people. On a 8' table I can seat 4 people. Some people choose to stand while painting.

Price is per person. Designs vary in price from $18-$45. There is no deposit, but each person in the party is required to sign up by a deadline and payment is due during registration. During check out, you will choose your design and pay for your spot. A travel fee will be added if you are 15+ miles outside of Stephenville, Texas or minimum # of people will be increased. 

We have curated lists of on-hand designs for each season/holiday that are available to book within 2-3 weeks. If you're interested in our personalized, made to order designs, 4-6 weeks is required for booking. Don't wait until the last minute, as our schedule fills up quickly!

If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in writing to dogwooddesignsandco19@gmail.com at least 2 weeks before the event. If notice is not given 2 weeks prior to the event date, only DIY take home kits or credit towards another paint class or party will be given. If an attendee cannot make the party, they can pick up their sign as a DIY kit or can sign up for a future paint party.
