No painting experience is needed - just bring your friends and let the creativity flow. With a curated list of designs to choose from based on the occasion or season, you'll have a blast making memories together.
What You Need To Know
1 / How many people?
I ask for a minimum of 8 people to be able to book a private party. If you host a party with 12 people, the host will receive their sign for free. Book with 15+ people and I will hold a raffle/giveaway during the party!
2 / Where do I have my party?
It is up to the host to find the location of the party. It can be your home, garage, church or a local business. Whatever suits your needs. If you are wanting to use a business it is up to you to make that contact and secure that location. I do have recommendations for local businesses that I would be more than happy to share with you for options.
3 / What do I need to provide?
The location and any tables and chairs that you may need are your responsibility. I will bring all paint party supplies needed. The signs average about 22" across. Each person will need at least a 2' by 2' space to work in. On a 6' table I can seat 3 people. On a 8' table I can seat 4 people. Some people choose to stand while painting.
I have 2-6' table and 2-8' table I will rent out for $10 each if needed.
4 / How much does it cost?
Price is per person. Each adult spot for a 22" sign is $45. Each kid spot for a 10" sign is $20. Smaller projects vary on price. There is no deposit, but each person in the party is required to sign up by a deadline. During registration you will choose your design and pay for your spot. A travel fee will be added if you are 15+ miles outside of Stephenville, Texas.
5 / When do I need to book?
We have curated lists of on-hand designs for each season/holiday that are available to book within 2-3 weeks. If you're interested in our personalized, made to order designs, 4-6 weeks is required for booking. Don't wait until the last minute, as our schedule fills up quickly!
6 / What is your cancellation policy?
If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in writing to dogwooddesignsandco19@gmail.com at least 2 weeks before the event. If notice is not given 2 weeks prior to the event date, only DIY take home kits or credit towards another paint class or party will be given. If an attendee cannot make the party, they can pick up their sign as a DIY kit or can sign up for a future paint party.
